Attendance at Court hearings
We can attend in person or remotely to your court hearing anywhere in England and Wales. We endeavour to provide you with highest level of support before, during and after the hearing. So that you are able to fully understand the court hearing process and make informed decisions. We can help you fully prepare for the hearing and also file position or witness statements.
Although a Mkenzie friends cannot represent you in court as a barrister would or talk to the Judge directly unless given express permission in certain circumstances. We can speak freely to clients at the hearing to advise and give guidance on all matters related to your case. This ensures you have the diligent experience and knowhow of over 10 years in the family court to hand to allow you to make informed choices and decisions.
Court Forms and Applications
We can complete all family court application forms including the main C100 to begin child arragments proceedings in addition to the C2 and C79 enforcement forms. Furthermore the EX80 Fee exemption form if you qualify for this waiver. If you receive certain benefits then you are normally exempt from these court application fees. We can assist so that forms are accurately completed to ensure the court receives all the correct information to minimise any possible delays that might arise from missing out key information.
Full Case Reviews
We understand that family court can often be a complex and difficult journey. For this feee we can provide a thorough investigation into the best way to proceed. Such as applications you should consider and what to do and more importantly action not to take that could jeapordise your case.
